Artillery observation turret at a former scrap-yard in Breskens

This artillery-observation turret is 25cm thick enweighs 30000 kg. The observations were made through a periscope which could be lifted with the help odf contra-weights. The picture above gives a nice view of the shape of the turrets with its braces and the holes for the steel bracing bars. The turrets was placed in the Regelbau 143, Regelbau 613, Regelbau 614 and the Regelbau 663a.
