The "Kraftwerk Nordwest" ("Powerstation Northwest") in Éperlecques. In documents the location is called Watten.

This was a very large bunker for storing, assembling, preparing and firing  V2 rockets. In the bunker was a factory for producing liquid oxygen.

The construction site was bombed several times (with the large Tallboy bombs). Germans abandoned the  building site, leaving it as a giant construction ruin. Parts of the bunker that were finished were used  to produce liquid oxygen.

You can find more info on this object on the V2 Rocket Site.
